Inside the system

One command panel, five modules underneath

The window below opens on the management panel, the way a manager sees it. From there you drop into any module through its Open button, or the tabs on top — and come back whenever you like. All of them read and write to the same base.

Dashboard

Start with the management panel. It is the screen a manager opens in the morning: all five modules summarised, every module’s alerts added into one bar, and an Open button on each block to drop into the detail.

Then follow a link. The dashed tags in the tables jump to the matching record in another module — that is how a quote finds its work order, which finds its purchase order, which finds its financial entry.

How modules talk

One record crosses the company without leaving the system

What stalls an operation is not the lack of a system — it is the context switch between departments. Here one module’s status is the next one’s trigger: every area knows exactly what is waiting on them, and on whom.

Two ways in Work enters the system whichever way the client prefers — and both paths land in the same queue
AU issues the quote Sales builds the estimate and the client approves it
or
The client opens the call-out directly No phone call, no lost email: the request lands as a work order, with date, time and owner
Step 01
Sales · Quote

Sales issues the client quote with value, reference and validity window. The countdown of remaining days starts running.

→ In quotation · Awaiting confirmation
Step 02
Work Order

Once approved, the work order is born already linked to the quote: equipment, site, assigned technician and scope of service.

→ Awaiting approval · Awaiting quotation
Step 03
Purchasing · Sales Order

The purchase order handles quotation and materials. While parts are in transit, the work order sits visibly on hold at "awaiting material".

→ Awaiting material · Awaiting sales
Step 04
HR · Execution

The assigned technician needs a valid occupational health certificate, a matching role and current PPE. HR blocks it before it becomes a problem on site.

→ Awaiting execution · Completed
Step 05
Finance

A completed service becomes a receivable, with material and labour costs already classified by category.

→ Received · Margin measured

Explicit linkage. Every work order carries a "reference sales order" and "reference quote" field — traceability lives in the record, not in a parallel spreadsheet.

One client record. Registered once, the client shows up in quotes, work orders, purchase orders and finance with no re-typing.

Status as a contract between departments. "Awaiting sales" and "awaiting purchasing" say whose turn it is without needing a meeting.

Modules

What each department actually gains

Every module is complete enough to be its department’s main system — and integrated enough never to be an island.

Continuous monitoring

The system warns you before it becomes a fine

Health certificates expiring, probation contracts ending, documents lapsing, quotes losing validity. All of it has a date — and an expired date costs money, a citation, or a technician turned away at the client’s gate.

Health & safety. Occupational exams, periodic checks, uniform and PPE handovers with expiry control and per-employee proof.

Employment deadlines. End of probation, upcoming holidays, pending onboarding and the full record of warnings and suspensions.

Commercial validity. Days-remaining countdown per quote, highlighting whatever expires within five days.

Notification centre. Each module keeps its own queue of pending items, and the management panel sums them all into one alert bar.

Companies already using it

Not a prototype: already in operation

The system runs today in real operations, with crews in the field, quotes in circulation and deadlines ticking. Each one came in with the set of modules that fit its routine.

Architecture

One panel per operation, not one system per company

The platform is multi-panel: each operation comes in with its own set of modules, its own base and its own users. Whoever signs in picks a panel and sees only what is theirs.

Access by panel and by module. A user sees only the modules of the panel they belong to, with password change and a session preserved while moving between them.

A base per operation. Each panel has its own clients, employees and history — no mixing between operations.

Modular rollout. Start with the module that hurts most and grow on top of the same base, with no migration.

Roadmap

What runs today and what comes next

In production
Operations & compliance

Work orders, human resources, purchasing and sales running integrated, under one consolidated management panel.

In production
Finance

Revenue, expenses by category, balance, profit and margin already live in production — the next step is coupling it directly to the work order.

In development
Inventory

Material control with automatic write-off from the consumption declared on the work order, closing the loop between purchase, use and cost.

Planned
Internal tooling

Registry and tracking of tools per technician and per work order, with a full chain of responsibility.
